 Process

The process is simple. Securely pack you items in a cardboard box, plastic box, drum, or other media. Seal it and your part is complete. Call us and be added on the next pickup route scheduled - we handle everything else. The amount you pay covers your pickup, shipping cost, clearing fees, forwarding, documentation, and all other fees and taxes - all you have to do is pick up your item in Nairobi, send the agent for pickup, or request us to deliver it to your door step in Kenya.

Unlike Air Shipping, there is no weight limit on your shipment but rather the size of the shipment (volume). There is also no limit on how much volume you can ship. We can handle any volume you have, one box to multiple container loads. The exception is on any cargo that required extra man power or specialized equipment for handling - such cargo attracts an additional handling fee.

 Transit time
Sea cargo transit time is 10 - 12 weeks. Typically cargo gets to Kenya within this time frame but over the years our experience has proven that other factors outside of our control can cause delays. Although we say cargo will be delivered within this time frame and 99% of the cargo arrives within this time frame, we do not guarantee it. Factors such as port delays, inspection schedule delays, strike, pandemics/epidemics, weather conditions, human factor/error,  and so on, may cause this delays.

Value

Sea Freight is charged by cubic feet and no weight limits.  (but any package over 200 lbs/ 91 kg attracts a handling fee due to specialty equipment needed). Pickup is free at your door step and your cost is inclusive.
